Robin graduated from college as a registered nurse, being named Student Nurse of the Year at that time. She has worked in hospital and clinic settings and for Head Start as a Health Coordinator before a career change to sales - marketing and insurance.
Robin has a son who lives in the Washington, D.C. area and a daughter who is married and lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Robin’s interests include cooking, entertaining and travel. In 2012, she reached her goal of visiting all 50 states. Her next big goal is to visit all seven continents by age 70. Although no longer a runner, Robin has completed Grandma’s full Marathon, Fargo’s half-marathon and 10k, a 25k in Bemidji, MN, and a 5k in Drayton, ND.
Robin loves the service industry and firmly believes in customer care above all things. This is reflected in Robin’s local involvement as a Rotarian, board member of the Home Builder’s Association of Fargo-Moorhead, being named Associate of the Year in 2014, committee member and 2012 and again 2013 Affiliate of the Year for the Fargo-Moorhead Area Association of Realtors, is a member of two local networking groups.
Developing relationships is more important to Robin than transaction-based business. With Robin and with Superior Insurance, people are respected and valued. Robin will not sell you insurance -she will help you buy insurance.

Jenna is originally from Barnesville, MN. After high school, she attended NDSU for two years and then attended the University of Kansas for three semesters. She ended up graduating from NDSU with a bachelor’s degree in sports management and business administration. Jenna managed at Buffalo Wild Wings for about a year out of college until she and her husband, Cole, welcomed their son, Kyson. Jenna uses her own life experiences to help others realize their dreams and find out what matters to them. She wants every single client or potential client to feel special in their own way; therefore, she strives to create a personal insurance plan to fit each of their needs based on what is important to them.
Agent and CSR
Brianna Henrichs, a Florida native, has been in the F-M area for over five years. She moved North after her high school graduation to be near her dad’s side of the family. She has since fallen in love with the area and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.
Brianna first got involved within the insurance industry in November 2013. She started her career as a front desk receptionist. It wasn’t until that following July that she received her Property and Casualty License. Working in a different agency at that time she gained knowledge, skill, and love for insurance. In February 2018 Brianna decided to make a change in her life. It was at that point she met with Jorin and Robin at Superior and made the transition. She loves being a part of the Superior Insurance team!
In her career she keeps the quote by Damon Richards in her forefront, “Your customer doesn’t care how much you know until they know how much you care”. With that in mind she works on finding ways to connect with people. To change the general connection from a customer to a friend. Along with working on ways to make connections she is also working on ways to gain further knowledge. Which is why she is currently working on obtaining her CISR (certified insurance service representative) designation. Obtaining the designation will allow her to be a highly-trained professional that can be applied to satisfy the comprehensive insurance needs of others.
In Brianna’s personal life you can probably find her at the Moorhead Center Mall. Floating between her dad’s restaurant, Jay’s Smokin’ BBQ, and her moms antique store, FM Antiques & Repurposed Market. She is very involved in the restaurant, working most Saturday. She also has one spoiled doggy-child named Bella. Who is a one-and-a-half-year-old Mastiff Boxer mix. Bella enjoys being spoiled by Brianna with car rides, ice cream, and getting new “necklaces” (collars).
Shannon is originally from Bagley, MN. She has an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. Having graduated from MSUM, she met her husband, Darin, from Moorhead and married in 2011. After welcoming their first daughter, Evelyn, in 2014, Shannon decided to make a career change from managing fitness facilities to getting into the insurance industry in 2015. During that time they welcomed their second daughter, Abigail, in 2017. Shannon's passion is helping people. She wants every person she meets to understand their insurance and feel comfortable knowing that when the unexpected happens, they'll be prepared and adequately covered.
